How Was The Internet Invented

Internet, which has become a very important part of our life in today's time, because mobiles, computers, laptops are nothing without the internet. Some time ago, very few people used the internet, but in today's time, everyone from a child to the elderly is using the internet. In today's time, the number of internet users in the world is very high and in the coming time, it will become very much everyone will start using the internet. Users search for millions of topics and transact millions of money every moment across the world on the Internet. If the internet stops for a second, we will lose millions of money which we cannot even imagine. In this post, we will read how the Internet was created and how the Internet was invented.

There is an interesting story behind how the Internet was invented and created. In 1957, the news spread rapidly when the Soviet Union launched its first manned satellite, and when the news reached the US, they realized how it happened. And after that, the cold war started between the US and the Soviet Union.

Because of this, ARPA was created by US President Dwight D. Eisenhower. So the main reason for America's President Dwight D. Eisenhower to create Arpa was to promote science and technology to his country and the people of the country more than any other country.

At that time the size of the computer was so large that a room was needed to keep it. At that time, most magnetic tape was used in computers and there was no way to connect multiple computers at once.
Just for this reason, ARPA decided to create something that connects multiple computers through a single network.

To do this ARPA resorted to BBN Technologies Company. BBN Technology developed a network whose main purpose was to connect four different computers to a network with different operating systems. And the name of this network was ARPANET.

So this network became the first network in which TCP / IP internet rule was implemented. This work went on for some time.

Then in 1973, the engineer wondered why not connect ARPA to packet radio. And then work continued on this mission and it took the engineer three years to do this work and three years later, the engineers connected 2 networks to 1 network.

And then work continued on this mission and it took the engineer three years to do this work and three years later, the engineers connected 2 networks to 1 network. Then after 1 year, both these networks were connected to satellite networks, which was very important, so here many networks were connected to one network, then it was called inter-networking or internet. As it became successful, many networks joined very rapidly thereafter.

In 1993, Team Berners Lee devised a system that allows us to search for any content on the Internet through a URL.
